Well, Shaw Road was a miss, so we went to Fort Phoenix, Veranda Avenue (no Eurasian Wigeon) and Pilgrim/Lafayette Street (no Barrows). Had lots of fun anyway. 6 participants. Results from Sachuest Point, Rhode Island It was beyond windy. It was cold. Sachuest Point, Rhode Island provided lots of amazing views of sea ducks and shore birds braving the cold. The group found 27 species. We had a wonderful and beautiful first walk of 2014 in Mattapoisett yesterday. The group found 35 species.
